Manufacturer Warranty

Coverage
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in roofing materials including shingles, underlayment, and flashing components.
Conditions
Must be installed by a certified contractor. Regular maintenance required as outlined in manufacturer guidelines. Registration required within 30 days of installation.
Workmanship Warranty
10 years from date of completion
Coverage
Our workmanship warranty covers all labour and installation quality, including leaks caused by improper installation techniques.
Conditions
Warranty is non-transferable. Annual inspection recommended. Does not cover damage from acts of nature, improper modifications by others, or lack of maintenance.
